My Story
Education has always been more than a profession; it's been my purpose.
Throughout my career as an educator, school leader, grant writer, and nonprofit founder, I've seen how limited resources can prevent great ideas from reaching the people who need them most. Those experiences inspired me to help organizations move beyond obstacles by building strong programs, securing funding, and creating practical solutions that produce lasting results.
That commitment led me to found Youth Transformation Services® (YTS) NFP, where I develop innovative resources that strengthen social-emotional learning, educator capacity, and youth development. It also inspired me to author At-Risk Students: Transforming Student Behavior, sharing practical strategies for recognizing and responding to the needs of vulnerable students.
Today, through Education & Evolution®, I bring together decades of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and grant strategy to help clients turn vision into action and action into measurable impact.
