With over a decade of experience in leadership, professional development, and program creation, I have dedicated my career to empowering others to achieve their goals. My journey includes serving as Principal of Premier Academy, where I led transformative efforts to help students overcome challenges and thrive academically and personally.

As the Founder and CEO of Youth Transformation Services® (YTS), a nonprofit organization, I am committed to addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges through a holistic approach. YTS provides professional development and Social Emotional Learning (SEL)-based programs to create meaningful change in schools, communities, and families. To date, I have successfully secured $75,000 in grants for YTS to advance its mission.

During my tenure as a principal, I also secured over $2.3 million annually in grant funding from 2005 to 2010, enabling impactful programs that changed countless lives.

I am the author of At-Risk Students:Transforming Student Behavior and the creator of the Mental Health Intervention App, an innovative tool designed to support mental wellness and foster positive outcomes.
